All of the knobs and handles are individually made to your specification and order. No stocks are held. Therefore, once we have received your order there will be no right to cancel the contract.

On receipt of your knobs and handles you have the right within 7 days to inform us of any defect or damage. You will be required to return these defective items to us and on receipt of them we will organise the despatch of replacements free of charge.
